agreed
his car was faster ,but my point is that the mini z was out longer than an x- mod it has been modded to death ,then here comes an x-mod out of the box ,brand new, untouched and bam ,sents the miniz back to the drawing board, a toy that is recommended for children over 6 ,miniz does not have child recomendation.....

If I were to make a track for an XMOD, how wide would the lanes be?

i'd say 1.5ft to 2ft. and make long stait aways. with the speed on these that should be pretty good. i plan on just duct taping this bendable pipe down on a tennis court. i can get all the parts at the hardware store and it will be cheap. also you never run out of track setups

My xmod has the awd kit and the 3.0 (blue) motor. I can't say I was flying past everyone but I was gaining laps (skills ) and ahead by 3-4 car lengths at times. This was against "stock" mini z (stock in quotations becuase I heard talk about 0.2 and xspeed motors and whatnot). I'm not about to knock a mini z, I really honestly don't care that much, but this xmod aint a toy. These 2 cars should be in the same class. I'm using mini z lugs right now and I'm pretty sure motor swaps are coming and probably a whole slew over other hybrids.
I'm getting a lil too serious about this car so I'm gonna step back and have some fun. This is the reason why I even got it.
On the child recomendation thing. Xmods are produced for american consumption where as last I knew kyosho was a japanese product.

Would people be angry if you were taking up a tennis court for racing an XMOD?

Hobby shops that sell mini Zs or online. They weren't cheap though.

Yeah I'm gonna definatly look for some other nuts just so I can get these damn mini z nuts off my wheels
Allthough the cool thing is that they have this white nylon lining on the inside that locks the nut in place.
