a question to 3seriestakumi about rx7...

hi there,
i saw your mini-x in the gallery section where you have a c-west rx-7 body on it...
i'm just wondering, do you need to make any modifications to fit the body to the chassis?
i got other rx-7 kit (made by aoshima as well...), but i couldn't fit it to mine. the wheelbase fits perfectly, but i got problem on the width (particularly the sides, where the sideskirt comes in...)

thanks

i cut the inside of the sides down with a dremel. the way it is made, the side rounds or folds inwards... i just cut all that inside off. takes off weight and fits better

yeah, i guess it's good...
it is actually one of the reason i bought the mini-x...
cos i happen to like rx-7 and i got several kits laying around...
wanna make them run....hehehehehe.
if i need to trim the sides a bit, i can live with that...

cheers,

daniel
