A big Question!
I was wondering, Say I got 2 27 mHz MS (not controling both at the same time ) Can I Use "1" only to control any car or does that car need the controller it came with?

yes, you can use either controller on either car.

I have a 49 MHz M/S Skyline and a 49 MHz Clone car, and if I use one controller it only controls the car that it came with. But if I'm using controlling one car with its controller and press any key in the other controller than the car immediately halts. I guess this only works for two cars of the same make.

Some clone controllers work with bits, others don't. I use cyclona controllers for my original/old bits because they have better range. The cyclona controllers don't work on super bits or 2 speed cars.
