what is "4 band mod" for?

It is so you can control four different cars on four different frequencies with a single controller. This way, you don't have to get a new controller for every car you drive.

Yeah for band is to control all cars........get the four band and use it to sabotage other people's races LOL Also I have no idea what this mod is :

That's for the Lipoly mod CB. Do a search on it. From my understanding of the mod, this mod will give you ultimate speed. The downside is that its quite costly and takes some extensive modding.
