Yeah, it'll be ~a week for you, because St. Louis is a fairly big city, and they ship in about a week to larger cities. Still havent gotten mine yet tho.

btw, what all did you order?

Hey all, i'm finally getting around to posting after enjoying this site for more than a year....can anyone guess i'm lazy? Well I just ordered three Lxx type r's, and for the money its great. I ordered a 35 mhz something or other...<it was my little bros...and two days after receiving it its dead already...his fault though >, my 40 mhz supra set and a 27 <i think?> mhz something or other... all boosters, all very worth the ten dollars. so far the 27 seems to have the best range. No crip cap that I could find, and it had pretty good range out of the box <about ten feet>. However, we replaced the flimsy stock antenna with a nice solid copper one, and now that thing has mad range <50+ feet> Not a bad increase for ten seconds worth of soldering. Performance wise, you won't win many races w/o boosting. period. In my 45 supra i'm running red zz gears and the 3.5 <i think> extra motor it came. It has decent speed unbooster, but after boost that baby flies. Overall, a great buy and i recommend them to anyone thats looking for a nice booster.

O and please excuse my extreme lack of certainty on the cars and stuff...its almost six a.m.... i'm sleepy.

Well since a few of you have been asking about the insane range my brother's 27 mhz Lxx Type R has, and how it got it. So here goes. The replacement antenna is 18 cm long. It is a solide copper core bought at radio shack for a few dollars. I don't remember the gauge wire it is, all i remember is it was the absolute smallest gauge solid wire i could find. It comes on a roll of four colors <red white black and green>. All it was wa a simple antenna swap. Nothing else special went into it. be warned though that this stuff is pretty thick, so if you do decide to try it, just be careful as to how u route it under your pcb <mine comes out on the motor side though a little crack>. Getting the cover back on can be a little tricky sometimes, but besides that there are no problems. I encourage other people to look out for this type of wire... if anybody does try it, let me know if you got good results with it, so we can know if mine was a fluke or if this stuff is good. On a side note, i also performed an antenna swap on my 40 mhz Lxx type r, and though i didnt get the range my brother does, i still got a great increase of 20 feet from the stock ten, so i had a total of 30 reliable feet indoors. However, early this morning i decided to strip the insulation off the wire on my 40 mhz to see if it made a difference at all...no range increase, however, i now know that this stuff is good at what it does. My supra flipped over and the bare antenna snapped...i now have an antenna of about 4 cm, HOWEVER even with this short antenna, i still achieve range of ten feet. not too shabby! i'll be replacing it again with another 18 cm one later...my soldering iron and i aren't on speaking terms right now...he burnt me. :-D enclosed is a pic of my brother's supra with solid antenna <its bent just so it would fit in the pic...we use it fully extended> and the roll of wire it came from, just in case anybody wants to know what it looks like. Also enclosed is a pic of my drop top skyline with <microsizer body on my type r booster> with his mini antenna. enjoy and good luck!

okay I got it today and heres the review I promised:

The car I don't really like, nothing fits exactly right, so I put All the parts in my microsizer chassis, but so far the motors are . I haven't gotten it to wheelie but I does go very fast. The battery lasts a 'LONG' Time! The decals are crappy, because I was expecting waterslide, but they were stick-ons. But the best part was the pefection light kit. After you get it in all right it looks AWSOME in the Denso Supra.

This is a condensed version of the review, I will hopefully post a full review soon tho
