I went back to the drawing board....

I wasn't completely satisfied with my first paint job I did on the Evo, so I started over and customized a Skyline. This time I didn't paint the trim black, but left it the body color as I did for the spoiler. I also modded an existing spoiler to give it a more sleek look than the original and to go with the wedge look of the car. Tab lowered the front. Installed the Nakamichi wheels. Installed custom exaust pipes. Also switched out the antenna. Still need to do some speed mods.

Looking real good ahh5hit. I gotta go get me some body kits to paint. I like my cars with a single overall color. I'm not too into stripes and flames and whatnot.

Thank you sir! Yeah, I must agree. I prefer the single color too, not into all that designs stuff. I do like racing stripes though.

BTW....Congrates on 1000 posts just now!

I really like that paint job. Can you list the color/paint? I'm going to buy more bodies soon and I want some exact colors. =P

EDIT: What I meant to say was can you list the Paint Brand and Exact Color. Sorry if you listed it before in another topic.

The paint I used was the Dupli-Color auto spray in Light Sapphire and clear coat.

Get more Nakqamachi-wathever wheels and replace the big rear ones with little front wheels and it lowers the back also and looks more pimp than fat back wheels and teeny-weeny front wheels. But I like da paint . I'm working on painting but I ruined ym 350Z body in the PineSol well its still usable but it looks absolutely disgusting looking.

great job i wish i could paint like that. i like how every thing is a single color. The color of the car makes the rims blend and it looks like it was a car you went out and bought the trim and the car in general were flawless.

I was afraid the weight would be too much for the amount of stamps. They shoulda sent them back, but .....

I will send some more with more postage on me. Email me your addy again.

Cheesewarfare: I didn't even bother removing the factory paint, just paint over top. I had bad experiences with Pine Sol too.

Well that was a spray-painted job right? I was attempting to remove the paint and paint the inside with acryilic paint. But the killer was some tint i did with the black acrylic paint and when i was trying to get the rest of the paint off after Pine Sol soaking the black paint just made a mess. I'm gonna try agai with a stock Supra that i don't give half a shiat about.
