Ya, I should have sanded more before I painted. The wheels on my car came with it. There 6 spokes.

lol Is that thing made of styrofoam?  looks good except you need to straighten out the back lights and put in a window in back. The wheelwells really look bad, cover both wheels halfway, or at least the back. Then it'd just need some TRC decals

Most buses do not have a rear window. That is where they sometimes claim to put the A/C unit. I've ridden enough buses without A/C over the years.

With my car I removed part of the front tab and glued a new one under it. For the rear I thickend the tab and filed out the hole in the body to make it fit.
My front sits about 2mm's lower the rear around 1mm
