yeah it runs fine but if u get it on a bump or something it kinda strips at the gears... im thinking on glueing under the axel so its kinda permetly in there but at least it wont be loose...? i tryed putting paper and stuff around the axel but then all it did was make the wheels not roll..

You know the slot by the back axle? The one you can see from rear view? Stick the wide end of a toothpick in it. It helps alot. Trim pick so it doesn't hang off back.

Do a search for "JB Weld", and you should find something from Hogjowls telling you how to use JB weld to hold your axles in. It's actually a good idea, and I'll probably go that route myself, eventually, but for now here's a temporay fix, that has worked out great for me.

I used a piece of the sprayer tube from WD-40, and widened the axle slots with an exacto knife, until the slots were large enough for the tube. Then I super glued a bit of tube into each slot. Originally I took a wheel off and inserted the axle through the tube, but one time when I wanted to take the wheels off to get some hair, I just cut a little piece out of the bottom of the tube, and it still holds it snug, and is removeable too.

When I first did this, the axle was tight in the tube, so I coated it with some Green Slime (Teflon based grease), and used my dremel to spin it, and break it in. Now the gear mesh is super smooth, and quiet.

ya i did that with the tube from a qtip and it improves stock but just gluing the axle in gives a much tighter tolerance and really its easier to do.

what also works is the match mod or something like it
I did a variation of it before it came out and it just holds the axel in nicely and because it is flexable it keeps the perfect tension between the gears it you set it right
