I didn't think my KB had them, but then I saw them kinda next to the register, literally buried under a bunch of other crap. When I saw that they were still asking $35, I realized that that's always been KBs tactic, charge as much as they can for as long as they can, then blow 'em out.

Since the Subaru is not part of the current line up, I've been waiting for this to happen, so I could go snag one of those, but I did not expect them to blow them out this cheap, I hope there is still some left by the time I get down there today.

My local KB said they did not honor the sale prices from the website, so I went ahead and ordered one.

I got the Subarau too, because it's not part of the current line up, and I meant to get one before.

Talking had to

I had to get me one also. I've already got a blue Imprezza I run all the time and a white Imprezza Bit I've never taken out of the box. Now I'll have a blue one to keep in the box. Don't know what I'll do with it, but for under $15 shipped I had to get one. I love Imprezzas. Yeah, it not being in the current lineup makes 'em even more desireable, maybe even collectible. I just had to have another Imprezza

I guess I should actually say that the Subaru was not part of the Pro line up, because if you go to the Microsizers website, they are no longer showing the Pros in the showroom, but are showing their full car line up, including the Subaru, and the Sports, but no Pros. Tower Hobbies, that has always had some kind of connection to Hobbico, and where the MS site used to link to, to purchase a MS, doesn't have any Imprezas on their site.

Also Toys R Us website has the Subaru, but the picture has chrome rims. This leads me to question, is it an old pic, that TRU mixed up the body and chassis, or are they doing away with the Pros, and bringing back the original line-up, but no gold rims on the Subaru?

I'm confused now, but I wanted an Imprezza, and now I'm getting one cheap, so I'm not going to stress over it.

Talking me too

I'm also just happy to get an inexpensive Imprezza. For a while people were posting stuff about the body style being discontinued or something. I got me a black one off ebay, a complete Tomy set (white) and now this blue MS coming. The Imprezza was my 1st Micro RC and my original favorite. Wheel color makes no difference to me. Personally, I don't like the gold ones. I'll probably paint 'em black like my other set.

Hey guys,

Does anyone know whether they have the MS Pro's in the KB store? Or do they only stock the regurlar MS's and MS sports? I live in Canada, so we don't have a KB store up here. But I live only 5 minutes from the border .

Thumbs down don't do it

Buying anything from KB's toy store (the physical one not the online one) is too expensive. Check an earlier post stating that they wouldn't honor the online price at the store. If you want a Pro, go to a Toys R US. They had 'em for $20 US when they were first available in stores. Also, you can check TRU online. They're the same price+shipping. If that fails, they're available thru the Tiny store. The black Skyline is a favorite of mine.
