Heres a scan of the bug. You can see how the pieces were cut and spliced together to make it wider. It has enough space I think to mount 2 standard batteries inside the body

No really, I don't know if I will ever get these finished. I've been working on that one for months, so who knows if they'll ever be avalible. I'll keep trying, that's all I can promise at this point.

I wish I could get this Mustang done, but I want it to be perfect and I just can't get focused on it right now. I'm trying to buy house, changing careers (starting over) and also getting married. Making toy car bodies just doesn't seem very important right now. But somebody here has offered to take over work on the Mustang if I decide not to finish, (which I haven't decided yet) so it's still coming one way or another.

well.. The whitewater rafting season has now started here. This means that i will hardly have any free time, as i work weekends as a whitewater guide. i will continue to work on the bodys. but my progress.. (what little im having will be slowed). but its all in the name of money!! i need the money from rafting to purchase a new mtn bike...
i will try to get the nomad out soon. every time i get it ready to pour the cast. i notice one little spot that needs smoothing or some putty....

im tore betweeen 3 bikes... stumpjumper FSR comp, Gary Fisher Sugar 2+ (w/disk), and the GT i-drive 2.0. the last two have rather cheap components.... but offer a better price.
either way it will be a step up from my old Pro-flex..

Those are all really nice. I have a Schiwinn Moab, nothing spectacular, but I've changed basically every thing on it so it's pretty cool.
