i took 2 pairs of pliers put one on the motor and one just behind the pinion and just slowley pried the arm up until the pinion came off.

i actually ruined two motors before i figured out how to...

ok got the 11th pinion on the motor now , as far as the polarity do i just switch the positive motor plug to the negative on the motor and vice versa?

ok i installed the motor ,but the gears dont match up, therefore no take off when the throttle is hit? am i missing something ? all i did was hook it up .

BTW: when i hit the throttle on forward...
