There are several Hobby shops within 30 minutes of Ellicott City. GPA in Crofton, Hobbytown in Glen Burnie, and another on Rt 29 but I can't remember the name of it.

Does anyone know if the RS charger does any type of conditioning? My understanding is that the batteries have to be conditioned occasionally to retain peak performance. Is that true?
