I believe HO scale is the closest. I've never used spray foam before so I don't know about that. But if you want to spray paint syrofoam, spray it first with Super77 (spray glue).

Wow, what will they think of next! If they were actually amphibious, I would imagine that they might be difficult to control given their small size. Ripples in the water could cause them to flip...

Thanks for the info. I guess they aren't as easy to operate as the DigiQ cars. I told my wife I wouldn't buy myself any toys until after Xmas. So I better think of something else.
