well what i did to find the motor with the most torque is put the motor in a regular ZZ and held it in my hand and see how much pressure i could put on it before the motor would stall. the 3rd gear...

you mean where to buy flux. at a hardware store, maybe not radio shack though. even if you have solder with flux it's not as good as putting real flux on, it just helps a lot.

Red motor, blue ZZ idle gear, green gears. it works great, slow enough for good crawling but engouh wheel spin for hill climbing. i deffinatly reccomend the 4th gear mod.

so i got my ZZMT the other day:D . i love this little thing, and i'v done lots of mods to it too, like the suspention mod, softer springs, 6T pinnion gear, etc.
