Faster Steering?
Is there a mod we can perform to give the steering more power, so it will respond more, esp as i have a twin ni-hm!
At high speed the steering doesn't seem to steer much!!! Can we get more power to the steering coils? |
You can try a rare-earth magnet not sure if that would help though.

dude
when u do that to ur bit(dual batts) you will ave to cope with serious steering loss(more like a drag racing)
|
I gave up trying to make the steering good on my car after i installed the dual bat's :\
|
Make the car extra fast or rear-heavy, and there just plain isn't enough weight on the front tires for them to grip. They are probably turning fine, they are just slipping instead of gripping. Maybe you could try adding some weight (non-ferrous weight, or it will interfere with the steering) to the front of your car and seeing if that helps any.

I know what I can do!!!!
Take the front suspension out! Then there will be more weight bias towards the front! |
Ok this is what i did, using double sided tape i mounted the battery in front of the car (where the front window is) i had to cut out the window with my xacto nife but it works. the front wheels dont leave the ground now, no more wheelies.
Edit: Just make sure u dont take the turns to fast, car will still flip |

Why won't my car wheelie?
Is it the positioning of the cell do u think? or cos its only got a standard clone motor,in a dual cell oem? |

It clears the ground by 2 mm!!!!!

Have you tried to run backwards and then forward?
Do the backwheels spin? If you have a 1.0 or 1,6 it wont probaly spin because theese motors is to slow |
Im not sure what it has!
Its faster than the motor in my tomy, which has a yellow end and is a honda s2000 40 mhz. The Clone I have is a panther, it was faster than the tomy 2 start with, and even faster when i put the w ni-mhs in it. If u look at my pic then mayb my cell is not far enough back 2 make it wheelie? : bdrop: bc24m |
