Bit Char-G charging light not working...

The charging LED of my 35MHz Skyline GT-R History set isn't working. It'll flicker sometimes, but 99% of the time it won't come on at all.

Any ideas? There are no loose wires or anything in the controller.

Does the car still charge when the light doesn't work?
My Mach 5 has to be on the charger just right.

Yeah, it apparently charges just fine.

Anybody else? Any clue whatsoever?

ive had problems with a few cars where the charging posts in the car come loose and slide back. you gota push em back where the terminal meets the battery. its easy

It could be a cold solder joint on your LED. Try wiggling it while you are charging, and see if it lights. If it's flakey, open up your controller and re-solder the LED pins.

in fact, BOTH my Skyline history sets don't light up. I got them totally different places too, online, and locally. When i test them, i only get about .5 volts, so i think there is something wrong. I opened them up and found that shorting out two things to get it to work. Its really weird.
