Resurrecting the Internal Antennae idea...


You've all seen those internal cell phone boosters advertised on TV, right? The kind that's nothing more than a circuit printed on a sticker.

I just picked up 8 of them on ebay for something like $.75 a piece. I'm going to add one to a ZZ and jumper it to the antennae lead. I'll post pictures and results as soon as I get the boosters in.

i already did that. didnt do a thing. just like it doesnt do a thing for your phone.

i have 2 clones 49 and 57mhz. both get over 15foot range without any antenna sticking out. so however you can get adequate reception without a visible antenna i suggest doing it. you get better handling and it looks much nicer.
