Slammed Wheels

can you put the slammed wheels from the truck on the mustang?

Jazz32 07-01-2006 01:56 PM

all the wheels go on the same way, so I don't see why not. Trick will be getting the body to fit right. Try it out and see.

i did and it worked

I tried that with a G35 and it still didn't fit. Even after cutting some plastic out of the fenders, but it turned out that I needed to widebody the sucker, and I have NO experience with putty work...But hey, if you found another way to pull it off, let me know. Thanks.

i used it on the mustang. i used the UP suspension and had springs.

here...

Ah, so it barely fits. At least it works, right? Since I couldn't fit mine onto my G35 in the end (due to a crappy buget), I gave my wheels to someone else, but maybe I should see if I could get them back if he's not using them... Put them on Project: Supah Seven, perhaps...

you should sand out the wheel wells and lower it back down. then u'll have ultamite handling, and it will look sick.

it is so close to the sides but all the wheels turn

Plus you're gaining ground clearance and higher top speed!

I'd do this if those wheels didn't cost so darn much.
