Help Needed: Tank Charging

Hello,
I recently purchased two first generation tanks and was frustrated to find that only one of them would charge. I followed all the directions correctly on how to charge tanks, but when the "CH" appears on the screen the light stays green for the one that won't charge.
Help Please

It might be already charged some, I have found that if the tank has even the slightest bit of charge sometimes the tank will not charge on the tank. I think the controller senses the power left in the tank and tells in to charge it or not. Good luck

I tried selecting it an ID and running what, if any, was left of the battery life out. It did not respond at all. I am frustrated and very disapointed in these little tanks.:(

Combat,
You must have been right. I tried to charge this little tank at least 25 different times without success. Out of the blue, it decided it wanted to charge. It may have been because I purposely let it sit on overnight, who knows.
Thanks for your help and good luck with your website.
