I havent looked for the crip cap yet i will check a little and let you know. where are you running it at i try to avoid any electrical interference such as the t.v. fridge dishwasher anything that emits signal.
P.S. I dont know if i said but mine is the orange one too.

i dont have a didgital camera or a scanner but go towww.questformadness.com and look at mod #29. this exactly the one that was on both of my cars. I had a mechanic at my dads shop remove it and it worked great.

Anyone who reads this thread I removed this 'crip cap' that you see in the picture and my car went forward for 10 seconds, then I smelled burning plastic. Yup, it fryed my PCB. I compared the picture to my PCB VERY closely, I got the right one. BEWARE.
