Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may receive credit or a refund as stated in the return policy below. Please email us to receive a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) before returning your item. Your RMA is valid for 7 days from date of issuance and your return must be postmarked within that period. Returns must be requested within 15 days of purchase. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. This policy is subject to change. Please send returns with RMA number clearly indicated on the packaging to:

Fax Orders and Payment by Phone If you do not wish to use our secure online ordering system, you may fax your order to us by adding your items to the Shopping Cart and printing the page rather than checking out, then faxing to (734) 327-0139. Be sure to include your name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card details. If you do not have access to a fax machine, you may also email us your order and contact information, and then call (734) 327-4771 with your credit card details. |
