Motor winding problem
I've wound a few motors before (Including double winding, etc.), and most of them, but definately not all of them, have worked. I've encountered an odd problem with the one I wound tonight. It's just a 45T single, but, for some reason, every brush it's touched has made the most remarkable display of what should definately not happen. It'll spin pretty good for about 5-10 seconds, seize up, and promptly start arching like there's no tomorrow, heating up the cap to the point the interior began to melt. What gives? The brushes were 2 copper and one silver, btw.
