Are Combat Q's made by Takara or Konami?

I looked at one site and it sadi they were made by Takara and then I looked at another and it sadi they were made by Konami.
Which are they made by?

Unhappy

I don't think that anyone produces them annymore, but I guess that the takara factories produced them in collaboration with konami. after more mergers with others konami itself was swalowed up by the big toymanufacturer TOMY. production of the whole digiQ range was canceled because it was deemed to be "lacking in profit".I think konami "lives" on as a trademarkname of the tomyempire producing mainly gamecards like Yugh-ie-oh. (correct me, if I'm wrong)

these days I find the seperate technologies of the digiQ in other models, but never combined like in the konami microIR digiQ. as far as I know, they are still #1.
