they are from dubcity cars. you can get them (on the car) for about $2 at target......

mine were with the import racer MR2

Can't see them the greatest...

I glued a pair of finger scooter wheels to the sides of the regular wheels. Then i found a really old gear changing pull back, It had wide rear wheels, I took the tires off and slipped em overtop of the pairs.
