As in custom tires I mean no tires!

yeah Bit Char-gs are not as consistent as 1/10 4wd cars. These tiny rcs are harder to drift cuz of the lack of differenctials and none proportional steering.

lol its amazing how much you can do with an import tuner car.. i made a rear axle with the wheels and the tires and it works so perfect for drifting! when you're drifting around you don't spin around much en yea.. haha well das it

Hey cowfish,

What color is the cap on your Bensu 3.0?
My Bensu motor is white, and fast as he!!, but with the right gearing, my 2.2 can nearly keep up.

Also, I get 25 - 30 ft range with my Bensu.

Drift setup:

Bensu motor
Medium front tires
Hard back tires
Soft stabius
7:1 Gears (8 tooth Bensu pinion with 9.6:1 axle/spur)

It just spins donuts with the body, but without the body I can sometimes get it to powerslide on the dining room table.

a great mod for drifting is to do front wheel drive and rear wheel stearing. just reverse the body of the car. you also have to reverse every thing on the pcb. so just swich forwards and with backwards and left with rite. it looks kool. i did it to my car. remeber to reverse the car when charging

my cap is yellow and looks just like a 2.2 but it ran like faster than my 3.0 and had 4x the acceleration it seemed like. But now its dead, cant decide why. one day it up and quit going fast. It might have something to do with my rally track.
my bensu got 2" of range, and you cant drive with the antenna touching the other antenna the whole time. I just use mine for parts now.

the reason you are donuting is cuz you need softer tires on the back to make your back not slide out TOO much. just enough. Its tricky, so try some different combos with stabiuses and motors (i find that 2.6 tomys are good for hardwood) and just try it out.

My Bensu motor does have tons of acceleration. I use it for drag racing, mostly.

If I use furnature polish on the dining room table, I can drift perfectly with this setup:

Just like the big boys!

Most of us still want control over the car. It's a racing technique.
