Question motor and battery questions

Hi everyone,
My brother bought me an iracer for christmas and I recently bought a microsizer, i'm brand new to the "tinyrc" world so please bear with me if my questions are stupid or have been answered a million times already. I tried to search usenet and the web for the answers, but they just don't seem to be within my reach...

Anyway, first: my iracer is clearly a lot -faster- than the microsizer out of the box. I believe the microsizer came with a 2.2 or 2.0 motor (the end is yellow). What I want to know is which motor should I buy to get the microsizer up to speed with the iracer? I want either the 3, 3.2 or 3.8 but I don't know if the 3.2 or 3.8 would be -overkill- any advice?

Secondly, I've seen the replacement Nimh batteries and plan to get one or two, but on the tinyrc.com parts page they mention a "dual cell conversion"....what exactly is this conversion and does it give double the run time or just more power to the motor?

Please post any info if you can, Thanks!

Thanks for the response to the battery question! I figured you could wire them in either way but wasn't sure if the motor & circuit could take the added voltage.

Anyone have advice/suggestions on which motor now?

i have a clone (got it for 10 bux) and i did a rare earth magnet mod and dual cell mod. its been running fine and REALLY fast for the past two days. the motor issue is up to you, how fast u want it?? on mine it goes real fast but if you try to turn @ those speeds youll just roll over.. wheelies r fun tho. id get a 3.8 but just b/c when i battle (a game sorta like soccer) it makes the bumper go realy far on a good hit. the rare earth magnet is a good idea as well, especially if you add the wieght and power of a dual cell. otherwise when you turn you may just end up going straight

Well, I wanted to get it up to speed with the iracer... I don't think I'll plan on the 2 cell mod though... Just the 3.8 and a single Nimh. The 3.8 with the single cell wouldn't roll on turns would it?

Thanks for the reply BTW
