nice to see you here

forgive my xmods ignorance but can you explain in some detail on what each part you've added or changed? i see a brushless motor burried within what looks like a stock motor. i have to say i've never seen anything like that before.

oh, more importantly, how does it handle? responsiveness to throttle and steering? is there enough torque for the weight?

The thing has crazy torque... Peels the tires out. What I did was take a brushless setup from a micro-t, soldered up a servo connection wire to the esc as the motor leads to simplify motor connecting to a turbo ace 14,000kv motor from wow hobbies. The motor is designed for the walkera heli's and has crazy tourque even with that high of a kv. The reciever is also the losi 3wire brushless combo. The servo is attached in the battery tray because when I tried soldering up a harness to make the stock one work as a 3 wire (I had the board with plug from a spektrum s-75 servo) it did not work right (I have converted 5 wires to 3 wires before, but this must have been too different). The battery is a 2s 180mah lipo from losi, light weight high power (for like 5 minutes lol). To mount the motor I just cut off the pinion of a stage 2 xmod gen 1 motor, gutted the inside, drilled and dremeled the endcap and drilled holes in the front of the motor casing to act as the turbo aces motor mount. I could take more pictures of that or anything else you'd like me to make more clear or see more of.
