3.5 BitMOd1 motor is the $%&*
SO my 3.5 BitMod1 motor came in today along with a booster set for testing. I am running a 150 mah battery and 12:1 gears. I raced my wife with my auto modellista r34 skyline with the 3.5 motor against her and my r32 with the same setup but using the 3.8 (bought here ofcourse ) and it was not contest ! Not only did I walkaway on the hardwood floor my r34 with the 3.5 ran onto the carpet (and its not low pile ) and kept going .. whew I just had to say it since I didn't see many comments on this one. Who thought .3 rpms would make a diff

Not to be nitpicky and correct you, but it's actually a 5,000 rpm difference.

Actually Snow is right if your using the boost button. There is a 3,000 rpm difference but when you hit the boost button I believe it kicks in another 2,000 rpm.

lol, yeah that's what I meant. Or that's what I would've meant if I knew how to add. I wasn't saying that just to feel cool or informative, just point out that 3,000 rpm would make a bigger difference than .3 rpm.

Whats the difference between 1.0 2.2 2.6 3.0 and 3.8?
which one would make the car go super fast but not kill the left right motion?

With a 3.8 you will more than likely flip over when you try to turn so you'll have to slow down some. With the 3.0 you shouldn't be flipping as much on turns if your flippin at all. The 3.5 I noticed I don't flip over nowhere near as much as with the 3.8. Thats why I use the 3.8 in my "drag" car

in my experience the fastest motor with a bit racer gear(3:43) is atcually the 3.8 you can punch out 11079 rpm (110,790 scale speed) Thats the speed of about 2 3.8's . Now maybe since u say these babies are faster than a 3.8.......tie for me to open up my wallet. BTW did your motor come with a white pinion gear also?

I have the 3.8, with my tire/suspension setup I still occasionally flip over and my turning radius is pretty wide while I'm on the throttle.
I have heard that the 3.2 & 3.5 motors from bitmod1.com are better than the 3.8 because they have lots of torque which means they're quick off the line & can run on carpet.
