Scale

Hey, I was wondering what scale would i use for these, N scale, or HO? I was going to do a N-scale train layout, untill i got medal of honor:frontline (awsome game, by the way), and decided to make it a battlefield, but i need to know what size buildings i should use. I heard these are 1/144, and N scale is 1/160, but ive seen lots of people using HO (1/87) stuff. What would/do you use for these tanks?
