Skyline,
Everything you do is about overcoming limits. The limit of the pcb is going to be 6-7 cells or two lipo. I have run 7 on a stock motor before.
The motor and the batteries are going to determine the amount of current your pcb is going to have to output. Too much and you fry the stock FETs on the board. If you want to achieve those high of speeds, you'll probably need a good FET stack or an external "turbo." Also, awd will be a must. There is a wide selection of motors out there... Too much power though, and you'll probably be bound to breaking driveline parts. Really high speeds aren't worth it to me, it's too hard to drive.
6 cells and a stage II motor with awd makes a pretty darn fast car that maintains easy driveability. I've also managed to keep all my plastic driveline parts intact.

already got 'em! they're on the newly repainted RX-7 bodied evo chassis. Why didn't they think of this sooner?
