Exclamation

Casper they are not available yet even to folks in Japan. The info on that webpage said the end of October. When Japan has them they can then be imported.

Wanna bet that the Wild Char-W's are 4 wheel drive and possibly steer the same way digiQ's do? My guess is it uses 2 motors, one for the front wheels and one for the back. Since it is difficult to devise front wheel steering and front wheel drive as well, they will adopt the same differential style steering as the digiQs. I also believe it will use a 12:1 gearing or a new lower gearing.

If you have seen the obstacle course, then you will realize that they would have to be 4WD or extremely low gearing to manuever on it, because the elevations are steep. A bit could never handle those.

So my predictions are:

-2 motors
-4WD
-12:1 or lower
-digiQ (differential style) steering

Can anyone with inside info confirm or refute this?
