Simple and it looks like it works. So hey, cool. One of these days I want to make a track too, but i'll probably never get around to it.

ping pong table

Bob:

If you don't have aping pong table, you can do two things:

hit home depot up for 3/4" MDF. in a 4x8 sheet it runs around $20. it is easy to sand down and you can cut nice 1/4" deep roads in it with a sander or planer.

OR

check the classifieds. I just picked up a regulation sized ping pong table (5'x9') for under $70 this way.

If you build it into a ping pong table, you get the advantage of bing able to fold it up into a relatively small space while opening it up for a huge track. You can also open up only half the track or connect both sides for an even larger area to race on.

Good Luck
