I want to mount a 300C body, but I heard you either have to extend the chassis or cut the body to size. Is this true?

Mini-Z: White Toyota Harrier Overland
Losi Mini-LST
I made my rear mount out of aluminum it real made it light. Anyone going to do this the front mount is a little tricker than it sounds getting it mounted to the xmod was easy I had to shorten and bend it in. I saw a question about length of mini-z body you can change the length of your xmod 2 three diffrent length and that schould cover most mini-z bodies. Take a look at mine.
The Mini Z bodies come as RM and MM, the RM bodies have wheelbases like the Xmods. The MM bodies are longer so extending the chassis out more is required.
RM wheelbases, S 86mm, M 90mm, L 94mm.
MM wheelbases, LL 98mm, 3L 102mm, 4L 106mm.
There are also some Mini Z bodies that fit very low that can not sit low enough on the chassis, There are a few that can be too tight around the sides.
