Jrx-Z CF Chassis upgrade: http://www.pro-z.com/jrxz/

E-Clips!...Arrrgh!
- Launched an e-clip into neverland? Try using a staple! LOOK
- Also noted is that the e-clips are the same as the ones used by the Mini-T (Losi Part#LOSB1043. Usually sell for $1.50 in packs of 10!).

- GP Batteries: Part:GP11AAAM (1/4AAA size) 1.2v @ 120mah NiMH cells (10.2mm x 10.7mm). Potentially build your own 7.2v 120mah battery.

Added a quick tip about using staples in place of lost eclips.
Also added about the Micro-T using the same e-clips as the Mini-T.

I took some destroyed tires from my Micro-T (it's easy to destroy them on a tight thread carpet) and removed all teh rubber. I then put Foam Tape from Home Depot on the tires and now I have foam tires. so, stock tires+fun+ Home Depot=Foam tires for hardwood floors

Sounds great! What's the part/ticket# of that Foam Tape at Home Depot? And/Or do you have pictures?

Good find on the Kan batts at CBP. CBP also has a good reputation.

Thanks.

hmmm I thought I got it from home depot... It's single adhesive sided foam. I went to home-depot.com and couldn't find it at all... I tried a couple crafts sites as well... I'll keep looking, and if I find it, I'll link it. sry... I bought the stuff a LONG time ago.

Only problem is that the Cheapbatterypacks.com doesn’t have Micro-T battery connectors, where as the ones from his post do. On the other hand why not get them directly from OnlyBatteryPacks.com instead of resold by Killer hobbies probably with a markup.

3 bucks?

i dont consider that a rip off, especially when it might cost 3 bucks for a connector

sry, I didn't mean to offend. I thought it was a ripoff becuase I auto convert EVERYTHING to deans/micro deans clips right off the bat, and I'm pretty sure CBP does micro deans. as for the foam, I found some in walmart. it's not a tape, it's a sheet. thin, but cheap. $0.89 per sheet. one side is adhesive. I don't know where I got that other stuff. I can't find it anywhere, and I'm all out of it...

I thought of something to make some big foamies for the micro T as well. I'm gonna do it myself as soon as I wear out another set of tires.

http://www.rchobbiesandmore.com/prod...0&cat=0&page=4

Cut these into the right width.

glue/double sided tape the tire, and voila, you got foamies.

Just added "Wheels/Tires" info, the RS4/M18 Rear wheels are a direct slip-on! Sweet!
