Is my tank dead?
I just got both a Sherman and a T34. Both ran great for the first two charges. On the third charge, I accidently left the T34 on while charging. The controller acted like it charged the tank correctly, but I have not been able to get the tank to run since. I've left the tank on to discharge the battery, and recharged it correctly several times now. If I change the ID, it seems to work correctly (the tank's LED flashes). But when I select one of the play modes the tank's LED never flashes as the controller does it's initialization.
I have also tried everything I'm doing on the Sherman. I'm confident I'm setting the ID, turning things on in the correct order, used fresh batteries in the controller, etc, since the Sherman always works. I don't think it's a motor problems since the tank's LED never flashes when the contoller is turned on. It looks like the controller is not talking to the tank.
So... Does leaving the tank on while charging kill it? Or do I have a different problem? Is there any hope left for the T34?
