I just bought this clone tank off eBay. It looks pretty nice. I don't care much about battleing the tanks. This one just pretty much drives around. I think this is a Russian T34. I have been scouring the forums and I can't find anyone else who owns a generic tank or even has mentioned one. I see lots of people who own the Digi-Q tank. I also was wondering how common it is for clones to take 3 "AAA" (not "AA") batteries.
cool. an add i saw said that those are dual motors and celled. i think that's why it takes 3 AA's. i also have a lot of clones that take 3 AA's. have no idea why. how fast is the tank? if it works pretty good i'm definately getting a couple.
Acutually all the eBay auctions I have seen say they take 3 "AAA" I'm sorry I misquoted that man. Has anyone out there had a clone that ran on 3 "AAA" batteries.
Looks like a Cannonball; their chargers all take 3AAA, the controllers are identical except for the L/R being another U/D, and the oval dome packaging is another giveaway. I didn't know they made clone tanks.
The ad claims it runs on "full treads", so hopefully it's not just a tank body slapped on a bit-clone chassis but actually has working treads. Post more info on this one when you get it.
