*LLX*??? What is it?

Herm this is cheaper than the other cars and its made by tommy but it says LLX on them And they have 3.0 motors in them anyone here have a LLX car??? the circit board looks exactly the same and has the same controler!?!?!?!?! Somone explain the difference between the

The LXX is a clone. Check out the "Don't get SCAMMED!" thread in this forum for more information. It's not licensed by Tomy, but it could be OEM.

That's a really good price for the Tomy Special Edition. I'd get that, unless you are tight on money.

nah im not that tight on money but gotta convinice parents cuz the sale will end soon and it will be like 3 weeks till i get paid, also does the 3.0 motor have less torque??? im thinking of doing a dual cell on my car when i get it i hear the 3.0+ is uncontrolable for bendy stuff (aka chasing small animals)

I've been tempted to run over some ants before but I'm just afraid they might somehow get caught in between the gears. Maybe I'll try that with one of those OEM racers hehe, but I'm a low budget R/Cer, so as for now, I cant do anything cept' play with my char-g.

DUDE running over bugs is great......and NO they done really get cought in the gears......thought that would be messy......we can even race against some roaches that come out at night.....and dame they are as fast as a 2.6.......and prett fast.....havent got one yet......
