Tri cell mod

Here is my home maid tri cell mmod for y'all. Its fits best in Bb trucks with no bed cover.

Materials/Tools needed:
3 of the some type of Bit/Zip/MS batterys
Wire
Electrical tape
Soldering iron/pen/gun
Solder
something to remove a battery (EG:Smal screwdriver, guitar pick, and so on)

See link below for diagrams

http://pic7.picturetrail.com/VOL206/...4/30077300.jpg

Step 1: Solder a wire between the - end of cell 2 to the + end of cell 3
Step 2: Solder a wire to the + end of cell 2
Step 3: Solder a wire to the - end of cell 3
Step 4: Tape (or solder then cover with tape for extra hold) the wire from the + end of cell 2 to the - end of cell 1. Make shure the whole - end of cell 1 is covered with tape.
Step 5: Slide the cell 1 into the battery campartment CAREFULLY.
Step 6: Use a slim screwdriver or something real skinny and hard to push the wire coming off of the - end of cell 3 in between the tape and the - tab for the battery compartment.
Step 7: Modify your remote as mentioned here http://bitpimps.lixlink.com/pages/ar...?id=17&catId=1
Step 8: Drive liKE a maniac!

Oooh Khaaay there it is. If u have questions ill try to answer them.

what does a dual or tri cell mod do exactly. Like does it increase speed or torque, or does it just add run time?

it depends on the way you connect it if its parrelal it will increase the runtime if its seris den it will make the dc motor go faster.............all dc motors go fast wen the voltage that goes to them increase.......oh by the way dont go higher than 3 batteries just to b on the safe side......cuz too much voltage can fry your pcb bord
