hey bodie,
nice plane!
i was wondering, do you have 4 AA batteries in your controller? And if so did you mod the electrics? And what did you use for the fuselage, wings, and prop?

The extra pack attached to the back of the receiver is the added 2 cells making it a 4 cell Tx.
I replaced the transistors of the right/left outputs with mosfets capable of handling 1 amp which is used to power the motor.
The existing forward/reverse outputs are used to drive the actuator.
The airframe is made from 2mm depron foam. Plans came from E-Flight.com.
The prop is an GWS 2.5x1 of which can be bought here.

All info is in the links I posted earlier in this thread. All the needed information is in the links I posted if one wants to research it as I did.
Mainly this one, of which I will post again.

Somebody over at ausmicro said that 39 newton per meter for a bit-sized motor was bs, and that a 500cc motorbike engine would be expected to put out that much torque. I have no clue what these numbers mean, and would like to know if 39 newton per meter is too high for a bit-sized motor.

OK, either the people that told you that were wrong, or they were telling you the scale power of the motor? lol, just a guess
EDIT: Ok, nvm, i just found out that 39 newtons = about 9 pounds of force, but newtons per meter? hmm
