ok, here are my questions
do you have a picture of how they attach?
do you have to do anything to the car itself?
and last but not least,
what kind of paint do you use?
thanks

ok answers to questions
Ok here is the deal. They attatch with velcro to the clear cover on the top of the car, fuzzy side on the car, brilly side on the body's roof. The only mod needed on the car is a thin smear of CA glue (available at any hobby store) reinforcing the clear cover to the body, so it does not pull off when you take the body off.
Now first off in a case where you need to take the clear cover off (in my experience the death nail for the car) you can take it off by breaking that glue seal with a razor blade (did this myself to test it) with no damage as all you are gluing is the sides and not with anything more than a dab of glue anyway.
You need to use clear rc body paint (also available at any hobby store). I tried all different kinds of paint and this is the only stuff that held up for any amount of time. The cost of the paint is like 1.99 per bottle, and Ca depends on the bottle size but Im thinking you can get a small bottle for like under 5 bucks. Prices at your hobby store may vary.
hope this answered all your questions

So these are the ones that are $25 for 8 bodies? And CA glue goes for $3.99 for 1/2 oz. at my LHS. Just got one bottle yesterday.

yep that's them, they look like they would be fun to play around with. i guess they are lighter than stock bodies, so there may be some preformance increases

Yup, cuz whenever I run my car w/o the body, it runs faster. But I fink painting and cutting out those small lexan bodies will take a real long time. Cuz even a 1/10 scaled lexan body took me awhile to cut and paint.

Actually they are pretty quick to cut out and paint, esp. if you're just doing a one color design. They run like a BC-G with no body, so they give a huge advantage for racing!

yeah, but can they take the hits? it looks like when ever you touch the body, it would fall off because all that is holding it on is velco

ViperKid, yes, they can take hits, the velcro will not come off at all, it holds on extremely well.
E)(pul$ioN, I take that extremely offensively, you've sorely misjudged me if you think that's the case.
