Wow
I'm interested in laying my batteries flat with the pro-mod chassis. It looks like it will be a chore switching the batts- who cares, *slaps self*, looks like I will be able to switch servos easily (am I right?)

Stock front body clip is used along with stock rear motor pod clip. No issues with the Acura or the Supra.
Batteries on the Pro will have to be made into Packs, and a pro charger used. 2 screws and the whole plate releases to remove the pack.
Servos are simply double sided taped to the servo plate and yes it is a fairly easy procedure.

Woooooooo Hoooooo,
The Project-Zero chassis is finally here .
ok, on a serious note:
Can I use the sock servo with the pro- chassis?
I cant see the electronics, can I use stock here too?
It looks like this pro chassis is sweet for those who plan to use 180 sized moters given that they are no barriers for it to fit (beside the roof)
Will you get both versions with one purchase or is the pro option an upgrade?
Thanx
Maxx

MAX,
Can I use the sock servo with the pro- chassis? electronics, can I use stock here too
If you mean can you stick it to the top servo plate like I have the HS-55, then yes. If you want to orient it like the stock servo, vertically, then you lose the laid flat battery arrangement. The Pro is designed solely for aftermarket electronics and the HS-55; any other servo/rcvr/esc is up to you.
Yep the motor area is wide open for the speed demons choice of power.
Yes the Pro Mod is an upgrade to the stock at additional cost. Check out the pics, different hardware-servo plate-battery brace.
I have no weight comparisons, didn't design it with that in mind, rather as a stiffer more open platform for full mod racing. I'll see if I can get a weight comparison this weekend if I can get my hands on yet another X-mod.

Thank you.
I know there is no significant differences in the weights of two pieces of the same size made from plastic vs carbon fiber, but I'd just like to make sure as to not add a tremendous amount of weight to the car by using the CF chasis - even if the gains in rigidity are very noticable.
