The car comes with bigger wheels/tires than Dnano so the Dnano wheels do not fill the wheelwell completely. But at speed, it is not noticeable.

Calm down. In those pictures, the Lamborghini is the only dNano. All the rest are diecast models. But I agree that Kyosho needs to make more sports car bodies like Mini Z's. I bought the diecast e46M3 for $30, I think.... They are way cheaper than Dnano.

So far so good! Ran the new body a few times and had a few minor crashes. New paint job still intact

The body was soaked in paint thinner for around 5 minutes. Then I just used an old toothbrush to scrape off the paint.
As for the wheels just used Tamiya oil based paint and hand brushed it on
