How...

I'm REALLY new to Xmods, as in, I haven't received mine yet , but I just took apart a Spinbrush motor(using needlenose pliers to take off the pinion, and regular pliers for the end cap, thankyouverymuch), and was wondering: how exactly do i get the magnets out? they don't seem to want to budge....
