Just get the Suspension and Steering Upgrade Kit
It has everything you need.
There are 3 different types of springs, 3 different Tie Rod Arms (1.5, 3.0, 4.5 Degree Tow-In) and 1 set of metal shaft dampers

If you want NO movement you could either glue the suspenstion in position, cut a small aluminum tube to the length you want and install it in place of a spring, or flatten both ends and drill holes through them and replace the suspenstion with the rigid tubes.
You could also try to duble up the springs, for example on one side use BOTH blue and yellow at the same time. Or you could cut a small aluminum tube that id the diameter of the spring but 1/2 the length and use it as a spacer with a spring at the same time.
I am sure there are other ways to do what you want without having to make a spring from scratch.

For no movement at all you can wedge a dime in under the rear suspension knuckles. I don't like it that stiff, but it works.

i stretched my springs to twice the lenght in the back and 1.5 times in the front... the only problem was that the wheels get pushed out of alignment (hard to explain, but its like they sit on an angle to the floor, rather than level) to fix this i put a peice of plastic to limit the movement of the knucles (screwed in where the shock peices are screwed in) so now its supper stiff

I stretched my springs for the rear almost so that it doesn't have any play at all.

For a really stiff suspension you can wedge one of those little glowsticks on top of the springs and under the body mount in the rear. If you do this you will have the negative camber in the rear however.. which is less tire on the ground and less traction.

hey revis, thats a good idea, when i had negative chamber angle i used a peice if olaastic screwed into the tops of the shocks to limit their travel so that at resting they sit at a 0 degree angle
