Question Esc choice?

I've been looking at the mini-x since it came out but I got a C4 instead now I'm back at looking at the mini-x again. My question is will an after market esc fit, the esc I own is a keyence ao7rz the dementions are 2.5cm's by 3 cm's? Also does the basic kit come with a servo?

Thanks.

Hey usagi, yer I saw them when they were first posted at rctech, looked sweet and I've been interested in them ever since.

Also are JR crystals and TX's compatible with the mini-x reciever?

Thanks.

I am using an Airtronics ES-01. It burned the first time I hooked it up to my 5 cell pack. I send it back for warranty and they fixed it. Now it works fine with 5 cells. ES-01 is the smallest one I can find that can handle 5 cells and if you want to keep the case on. BTW, check out my set up in my thread. The weight is so balanced on both sides, I think the 3 cell side is only heavier than the 2 cell side by fractions of a gram. I weighed all the parts on a scale.

fatdoggy, the basic kit doesn't come with a servo, but the Car Kit comes with all electronics except a Tx.
