well is something that I worked out, and you cant get it in your LHS  , is functional but fragile

its woooooobbly , the axle thread ends before the nut can touch the wheel.
the pic was stage 1, ive added a spacer to fix the the "camber"

i wish I could have that camber working as it is in the pic, would help my steering, but now its 0 deg again
