Micro Alumi-T Shelf Queen
Here is my all aluminum Losi Micro-T
Assorted parts from:
Hot Racing
3 Racing
Atomic
Integy
Stock Electronics, painted Silver. I turned it on to make sure it worked after spraying the Electronics, but it has never been driven.
Sorry about the picture quality...
It is on display at a friends shop: Hobby Alley ( http://hobbyalley.com/), Edmonton, AB until 2009.

Wow! Beautiful! I'd replace the stock wires and try and find some small clear ones. You know, some speakers have'em. Just an idea for this truck. Very cool, original idea of painting the electronics. Did the truck still work?

Yup! I only drove it enough to test it and worked great. I'm thinkin' 'bout rippin' it down and rebuilding it brushless and DX radio... But, I probably wont. It is 100% aluminum including the rear dogbones. I don't think it would handle a brushless motor.

My Micro-T work's very well. As you saw it is also 100% aluminum. The only thing stock on there is the differential as sadly nobody ever made a hop-up diff for it. With the brushless set up and Lipo, it does not feel like it's all alloy. It's very fast, and very strong. The thing would bend itself to a preztel before it brakes! LOL! I'm thinking about selling it in order to get the new Dnano's when they come out. Those look a lot more fun.

I thought about doing a very similar truck like yours, but with HR's carbon-fiber chassis with silver accents, and some titanium accent's from Atomic. I was also going to have a Terminator themed body done for it.

That would look sharp!
You don't twist up the aluminum dogbones with brushless power?
