Ideally you would use the one closest in size to the ones on the circuit board. Which are 603 surface mount packages, however the slightly larger 805 package would also work.

1: 1.6x0.8x0.45 mm = 603 this one at 4.7K ohm
2: 2.05x1.25x0.55 mm = 805
3: 3.1x1.6x0.55 mm = 1206
