Smile micro t esc

does anyone know how many cells i can put on the dt esc till i burn it up? because i have 2 of the baterys and want a longer run time and more power instead of buying lipos can anyone help me please????

hi. do you mean you have two stock batteries and you want to connect them at the same time? the losi lipo puts out 7.4 volts so thats probably the highest i would go on the stock esc. the stock batteries are 4.8 volts i believe, so with two you can double the voltage or the runtime but not both at the same time. in series you will double the voltage (might be too high) but you will still have the short run time. in parallel your voltage stays the same but you increase the runtime.
if you have a lipo charger you can get some cheap lipos from http://www.aero-nuts.com/product_inf...roducts_id=433.

Two 4.8v batteries is too much. Someone on the microtforum.com tried t and it wouldn't even budge because the esc sensed to much power. I just recently had my esc start to smoke because of runing 7.4v lipo for a year.
