1/4 mile track?

I set up a 1/4 mile track in my garage and came up with a scale 1/4 mile of 20 feet 9 inches. Anyone else get the same number? It was really simple to build just a roll of duct tape for lanes and a few decorations in the garage I can drink beer and race all night but I want to build a circle track too whats the best type of material to start with.

High praise to Latency Project racing team, their cars are looking good and goes to show show with a little effort and a lot of beer anything is possible

I come up with 20' 7.5"

I get that by taking
-5280/4=1320 (real 1/4 mile)
-1320/64=20.625 (scale 1/4 mile)
-12*0.625=7.5 (conversion from 0.625 to inches)
